Out For A Ride

Hello Again.

Todays card is for the new challenge over at Do It With Digi's, but we are doing something a wee bit different this time round.

We'd like to see you use a digital stamp background, with a Tilda or Edwin in the front.

I must admit I had to use an Edwin for my card, because I think he is very overshadowed by Tilda, so I am starting a campaign to.....

Stand Up For Edwin

Anyway enough of my soap box, this time round we are luck enough to be sponsored by Di's Digital Downloads.

Please pop over and see the other DT cards, as they are all fantastic, and it is lovely to have the pleasure of working with them.

I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges;

Digital Tuesday - for the kids - hope digi background counts

Creative Card Crew - for a child

Creative Inspirations - card for a male

Creative Cottage - white/blank spaces

and Colour Create - pastels

Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Easter Bunny ????

Hello again.

I'm just like a bus, you get nothing from me for days, then you get 2 posts within a couple of hours :o)
This second card of the day is for the new recipe challenge over at Penny's Paper Crafty this morning.
The recipe is

1 image,2 embellishments, 3 DPs

I thought I'd do something different with my DPs rather than just use them for matting and layering, so I've used one for the grass, and the other two for the eggs. The image is from Stitchy Bear, who is sponsoring this weeks challenge, and has been coloured with ProMarkers.
I hope you will 'hop' on over and join in the fun.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges;
Crafty Creations - bunnies (this depends on how good they think his disguise is)
Creative Card Crew - for a child
Craft Your Passion - grin and bear it
and
Totally Papercraft - cute and cuddly
Thanks for looking and see you soon,

Sharon x

Shabby Chic

Morning All.

Here we are halfway through another week - where does time go.

Well, this weeks challenge at Fab 'n' Funky filled me with dread initially, as the theme this time round is -

Shabby Chic,

and this is soooooo not my usual style. But, once I finally sat down to tackle the theme, I found I was really quite pleased with the outcome. That has got to be one of the best things about being on a DT, the fact it forces yo into trying new techniques and themes, and sometimes, you discover something you really actually quite like.

The paper on this card is from Craftwork Cards, the charm is from my shop, and the image is good old LOTV.

I hope you will pop on over and join in the fun, even if it is not your usual style, you may just find you like it like I did.

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges;

Moving Along With The Times - precious metals

Paper Play - distressing

Stampin' For The Weekend - for mum / mothers day

Pattie's Creations - flowers or flowers and pearls

Delicious Doodles - floral fantasy

Fairytale Challenge - green and pink

Allsorts - for a special lady

Craft Your Days Away - for a special lady

Dream Valley - mothers day

The Shabby Tea Rooms - pastel/flowers

OLLCB - mother's day / special friend

and

My Time To Craft - mums the word

Thanks for looking, and I'll be back soon with another card

Lets Go Green

Afternoon All.
Sorry I'm running a bit late today, my scheduled post seems to have disappeared into the vastness of the www, so I've had to start again.
This card is ready for the new challenge over at Fab 'n' Funky, who have the theme.......
'All things green'
or
'Happy St.Patricks Day'.
Our sponsor this week is Bonibleaux Designs who are offering this weeks winner some of their humerous digi stamps. There is also a 2 week GDT position up for grabs, so why not come on over and join in the fun.
I have opted to go for the green version, as we don't really celebrate St. Patricks day, and have made a concertina flower to decorate my card.

Sarah Hurley - flowers
Crafty Sentiments - just for you

With Sympathy

Evening All.
Well what a day it's been. My friend Chris has been round to finish fitting a door for me. I've been to a craft jumble sale, run by the local stitch and craft club, which is basically the same as a normal jumble sale except they only sell craft stuff - FAB!!!
Then I've been preparing to do a craft show tomorrow with the stock from my shop. I asked hubby to fetch me a display basket from the loft, and as he came down he noticed the flooring in the loft was wet, and discovered that the header tank had sprung a leak - Oh Joy, so I had to ring Chris, and he came rushing round to sort it out for me. So now we have a house with no hot water, until hubby gets the part for Chris to fit tomorrow - think I'll be glad to be out. Then hubby tried to put a new bulb in the light in my workroom and has somehow managed to get it wedged half in and half out, so it doesn't work but it's well and truly stuck. Think it's time to stop trying to do things today!!!!!
So I thought I'd share a card with you that my ladies made in the week, as part of the Hatches, Matches and Dispatches class.
The card layers are all Bazzil card, the sentiment stamp is one of my friend Lynnes - which is available at Sentiments For You. The image is from Sugar and Spice, and I have embossed it with Wow embossing powder, which gives a lovely glittery effect.
I'd like to enter it in the following challenges;
Lets Ink It Up - show us your embossing
Simon Says - anything goes
Polka Doodles - black, white and one other (glitter silver in embossing powder)
One Stop Crafts - clean and simple
and
Craft Your Days Away - black and white
Thanks for looking, and I'll be back soon.

Beautiful Ballet Dancers

Morning All.
What a fab day, the sun is shining, the birds are singing, I'm making kits ready for my lovely ladies tomorrow, and I'm waiting for my Promarkers to be delivered so that they can go in my shop.
As it's Wednesday, it also means that it is time for a new challenge at Fab 'n' Funky, and this time round the theme is.........
Make It Girly.
We are also being sponsored by Pink Cat Studio.
I decided to use an adorable Mo Manning image for my card, as in my book most little girls want to be pink ballerinas when they grow up - or in my case more of a sugar plum fairy. Anyhow, I hope you like the card, and will pop on over and join in the fun.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges;
Delicious Doodles - make a card you'd want
OSAAT - use a charm
Incy Wincy - pastel colours
and
The Crazy Challenge - lovely ladies
Thanks for looking, and have a lovely day.

Baby Bunny

Morning All.
Long time no see, but don't blame me blame, as there was a distinct lack of broadband over the weekend. It is scarey how much you miss the web when you can't just log on - think I'm possibly addicted, how sad is that!!!!!
Anyhow enough grumping as connection is back up and running at the mo, so I thought I'd share my 'Hatches' card with you from my Hatches, Matches and Dispatches class.
The image is a Wild Rose stamp, which I think is adorable, which I have coloured with Promarkers - which by the way, should be available from my shop very shortly :o)
The sentiment is from an old Kars set of stamps. The backing papers are all Craft Creations and the charm is frm my shop again.
I hope the ladies will like it.
I'd like to enter it into the following challenges;
Charisma - 4 legged friends
Sarah Hurley - 4 legged friends
Crafty Pad - use a ribbon
Paper Sundaes - stripes
OSAAT - use a charm
and
Dream Valley - new beginnings
Thanks for looking.

Morning All.

It's time for a new challenge at Do It With Digi's, and this time round the theme is.......

The Wild West (with optional charm).

We are luck enough to be sponsored by Meljen Designs for this challenge, and it is one of their designs I have used on my card. I am also sponsoring this challenge, so there is a selection of charms up for grabs.

The die cut Yeee Haw! is an old sizzlit die I raked from the back of the cupboard. The charm is one available from my shop Ewe 2 Can Craft.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges;
Paper Sundaes - how charming
and
I Did It Creations - punches and dies

Spring Into Action

Good Morning Everyone.
Well it's Wednesday again, so it's time for my first DT post of the week.
This card is ready for the new challenge at Fab 'n' Funky - Spring Into Action.
This week we are luck enough to be sponsored by Robyns Digital Fetish.
I have stepped away from stamping for this challenge, and have made my own spring flower using various sized daisy punches, which I have shaped using tweezers and an embossing tool. The background was cut using a Nestability die which was then embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.

Papercutz - spring
