Not Quite Monochrome

Morning All.
Sorry I disappeared again, but been very busy, and went away for the weekend to an old school friends wedding, then have spent time trying to catch up with all the stuff I should have been doing at the weekend.
Well, I had some more fab news yesterday, I have been chosen as one of the new DT members for Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge Blog, how exciting is that lol. I can't wait to join in the fun there.
I started making this card with the intention of it being a black and white monochrome card, but it just didn't look right, so I added a splash of green to liven the whole thing up - I think it's work, and I can't wait to see if you all agree. I hope the ladies on my class won't mind either.
I would like to enter it into the following challenges;
Quirky Crafts - black, white plus one other
Pear Tree Designs - sketch with gem twist
Papercutz - anything goes
and

    Congrats on the DT position.

    This card is lovely - I love using an accent colour with B&W stuff and I think the greenis perfect on this.
